The Frisco
Night Route

One prepaid seat. Four rooms in one night. A black car that waits — booked before anyone leaves the house.

From Ni Biashara LLC / SIQ — the team behind mmafricankitchen.com Date September 4, 2026 Status Proposal — nothing booked
The problem

Slow nights aren't a marketing problem. They're a logistics problem.

People still want the night out. What stops them is the friction in the middle — who drives, where do we park, how do we get home, do we even have a plan. So they stay in, or they do one stop and go home early. Every room on this route is fighting that same thing on the same nights.

1 Stops a normal group makes before the logistics kill the night.
4 Stops they make when someone else is driving and the whole night is already paid for.
13 Guaranteed heads per vehicle, arriving together, on a schedule the room knows in advance.
$0 Spent by any venue on the route. Riders pay upfront; the route only runs once seats are sold.
The route · Friday pilot

One car, one crew, four rooms.

Friday is the pilot night: the kitchen is open noon to midnight, and it's the club window that has already sold. Saturday (open to 10 PM) works just as well — it's ready the moment Friday proves out. No schedule change needed on our end.

4:30 PM

M&M African Kitchen & Bar

Your room
12255 Teel Pkwy #410, Frisco

Seated group dinner — a fixed menu built for a table of 13, priced and prepaid before the car leaves the lot. Jollof, suya, small chops. This is the anchor: the night is named after your room and starts in it, every single time it runs.

Drive · Frisco → McKinney · ~20 min
7:00 PM

Landon Winery

Target — not signed
101 N Kentucky St, McKinney · tastings $25–45

Group tasting on the square. This is the leg that makes the package feel like an occasion instead of a bar crawl — and it's the one that gets couples and birthday groups to buy, not just the usual club crowd. Messina Hof in Grapevine is the alternate if McKinney won't do an evening slot.

Drive · McKinney → Dallas · ~30 min

The club

Your friends' rooms
Ace · TLR · Playhouse · Komodo · Icon · Ekko

Thirteen people walk in together at a known time, already fed, already drinking, already in a good mood — and already counted. The room can hold a table for them because it knows the headcount three days out. The pilot runs with one club — the room whose owner you trust most. Rotation starts once run one sells, so no single owner carries the route alone.

After hours

Late room · 1:30–3:30 AM

The last stop is where the margin is, and it's the one nobody can reach without a car. We ran exactly this at Ngemi Dallas — separate late venue, 11 PM–4 AM, its own ticket. The route delivers a full vehicle to the door instead of hoping people find it.

Return runs · to original pickup zones
3:30 AM

Home

Same vehicle · same driver · included in the seat

Nobody stands outside at 3 AM with a phone in their hand watching a price surge. That single fact is what people are actually buying.

The car

This is a black car service that happens to sell a night out.

What people do now

  • Somebody drafts a designated driver and resents it all night
  • Four separate rideshares, four separate arrivals, group splits up
  • Surge pricing at close — the ride home costs more than the cover
  • Cars won't come out to McKinney at 9 PM, so the winery leg never happens
  • Night ends at stop two because getting to stop three is a whole negotiation

What the route does

  • Pre-booked. Vehicle assigned and confirmed days ahead, not hailed
  • One driver, one vehicle, the whole night — he waits while you're inside
  • Door service at every stop. The car is there when you walk out
  • Fixed price, paid upfront. No surge, no split bill, no math at 3 AM
  • Return to the original pickup zone is already in the seat price
Fleet

Which vehicle, and what it actually costs.

These are our current live rates, already running on the Sherehe routes. The route needs roughly eight hours of vehicle time, which is two 4-hour blocks.

Vehicle Rate Seats Per seat / block Full route, per seat Use it for
Sprinter shuttle $1,500 / 4 hr 13 $115 $230 The route itself. Only vehicle where the seat math works.
Private SUV $1,000 / 4 hr 6 $167 $334 The upsell. One group buys the car outright — birthdays, couples, VIP.
Shared seat $129–149 / seat 6–13 Existing club-only round trip. Proven. This is what we scale up from.

The answer on vehicles: the Sprinter is the unit. At 13 seats it's the only configuration that puts a full-night black car under $250 a head, and 13 is also the right number to walk into a club with. The SUV isn't a cheaper option — it's a more expensive one people will happily pay for when it's their party. Sell the Sprinter, upsell the SUV.

The seat

What a rider pays.

Route margin20% on the whole package — how the route makes money +20%
Planning band, per seat $399–499

The pricing rule is fixed: total cost per head, plus 20%, rounded to the nearest 50-or-99 price point — $399, $449 or $499. Transport and tasting are real numbers off our live rate card; dinner and covers pick the point once you and the club owners give us your numbers. Every venue keeps its own take in full — the margin sits only on the coordination.

How it sells

One host, not thirteen converts.

The buyout leads The headline offer is the whole car — one host books all 13 seats for their crew: birthdays, anniversaries, the big night. One decision fills the vehicle. Individual seats are the fill, not the pitch.
Split-pay built in The organizer drops a deposit that holds the date and gets a claim link; every friend pays for their own seat on the same rails as M&M's online ordering. Nobody fronts five grand, nobody chases twelve Venmos.
The waitlist compounds Anyone who reaches checkout and doesn't buy leaves a number. That list is the demand proof for the second car and the Saturday route — growth we can show you, not guess at.
Projections

What the route earns.

Three worked scenarios under the fixed pricing rule. Transport ($230) and tasting ($35) are constant; dinner and covers move the point. The route only runs sold out — 13 prepaid seats — so these are the only two outcomes: this table, or nothing spent.

Scenario Dinner Covers + late Cost / head Seat price Profit / head Profit / run
Lean $30 $25 $320 $399 $79 $1,027
Mid $50 $45 $360 $449 $89 $1,157
Premium $70 $65 $400 $499 $99 $1,287

At one route per week that's $4,100–5,100 a month in coordination profit at full seats — on top of what every venue on the route bills its own guests. A second Sprinter, or adding Saturday, doubles it. The private-SUV upsell prices by the same rule and stacks on top. Downside is capped by design: no sell-out, no run, no spend.

The offer

What every room on the route gets.

Prepaid heads The route only runs once seats are sold. Nobody opens on spec — you know the covers before you turn the lights on.
A known arrival Headcount and arrival window confirmed days ahead. Staff the door and the bar to a real number instead of a hope.
Zero spend No marketing budget, no minimum guarantee, no exclusivity. You give a rate and a time slot. That's the whole commitment.
Each other's crowd Your diners become their late crowd. Their regulars discover your kitchen. Four rooms sharing one audience on the slowest nights.
Timeline

Launch in three weeks.

The clock starts the moment you say go. The winery leg is ours — we're taking that conversation ourselves, starting now.

FRI 9/4

This proposal is in your hands

Today

Read it, poke holes in it, call us.

TUE 9/8

Your go

You

Green light, your per-head menu number, and intros to the two club owners. That's everything we need from you to start the clock.

WED 9/9

Kickoff

Us

We lock cover and table minimum with the club, land the tasting slot, and build the checkout page on the same rails as your online ordering.

THU 9/10

Prebooking opens

Us

Sales open with the buyout as the headline — book the whole car for your crew — and single seats as the fill. Just over two weeks of runway, enough time for groups to plan, invite, and commit. Promo runs across the same channels that already move your ordering.

TUE 9/22

Sell-out checkpoint

13 of 13 prepaid, or the run rolls one week and every buyer keeps their seat. Nobody opens on spec, nobody eats a loss.

FRI 9/25

First route runs

Night one

4:30 PM seating at M&M, full Sprinter, four rooms, home by 3:30. Run one is seeded to sell out — your regulars, our lists, any birthday crew already booking — and we film the night, with everyone's consent. Every route after this one sells with real footage instead of a pitch page.

The ask

Four things from you.

01

A fixed per-head menu for 13

One price, one menu, no ordering at the table. We already run the M&M site and the order pipeline — give us the number and the checkout page for seats is on us, same rails as online ordering.

02

Your go, by Tuesday

Say yes by Tuesday, September 8 — we lock terms Wednesday and prebooking opens Thursday. Friday is the pilot night — kitchen's open to midnight and the club leg has already sold on Fridays. Saturday (open to 10 PM) is ready the moment Friday proves out.

03

An intro to one club owner

The one you trust most — make the introduction by Tuesday and we take the conversation from there. They give us a cover, a table minimum, and a slot, nothing else. The second club joins the rotation once run one sells. The winery is not your problem: that leg is ours and we're already on it.

04

One Friday to run it — September 25

One vehicle, 13 seats, one night. If it doesn't sell out we've spent nothing, buyers keep their seats and it rolls a week. If it does, we run it weekly and add a second car.

Straight talk

What isn't true yet.

  • No venue on this route is signed. Landon Winery, Messina Hof and every club named here are targets on our list, not partners. Nobody has been contacted about this package.
  • The winery leg needs an evening slot. Landon's group tours are listed as a 1 PM weekend start. A 7 PM tasting is something we have to ask for and may not get — Messina Hof Grapevine is the fallback. We're running that conversation ourselves; it costs you nothing either way.
  • Only the club-and-home leg is proven. The 10:30 PM pickup and 2 AM return has run and sold. The daytime legs — dinner, winery — are new and untested.
  • Dinner and cover pricing is blank on purpose. We're not putting numbers in your mouth or theirs.
